Senior Quantity Surveyor - Prime / Super Prime Residential
London
Salary to Suit
An experienced Quantity Surveyor is required by a small London based consultant to deliver a range of exciting & complex Prime, Super Prime London based residential schemes and a range of high value Country Estates.
PQS trained you will be hands on and client facing with the relevant pre-construction / cost planning experience and post contract / construction stage experience as the lead financial consultant on projects with a Contract value of £5m+. Schemes range between £5m and £100m.
Relevant Employers Agent and Contract Administrator experience is desirable.
