Principle Quantity Surveyor (PQS - Infrastructure)

Your new company

One of the UK's largest multi-national consultancies seek a Principal Quantity Surveyor to join Belfast office. As a Principal Quantity Surveyor, you will join a team of Surveyors, Project Managers and Engineers work to deliver property and infrastructure projects on a local, national and international scale. The Belfast teamwork with public and private clients on utilities, water, wastewater, leisure, health and build projects throughout Northern Ireland. Due to their increased work load, they now seek a Principle Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.

Your new role

As a Principal Quantity Surveyor you will work primarily on infrastructure projects within a multi-disciplinary team reporting into the Director. You will take full responsibility for cost management of a variety of projects & frameworks, ensuring contracts are administered correctly. You will be expected to maintain excellent relationships and lead progress meetings with a range of clients.

What you'll need to succeed


You will have 10+ Years' experience within a Quantity Surveying environment, with a degree in Quantity Surveying. Previous experience working on civils projects would be highly desired alongside a track record of working within a consultancy environment and MRICS status
