You as the Senior Project Manager will work and lead on some fantastic commercial projects from both Cat A and Cat B fit out and refurbishments through to commercial developments and new builds with construction values of £2-100m in London. Some of these projects may be residential or commercially mixed use led and will incorporate modern co-living, co-working designs. The company provides an encouraging environment where they like to promote within and the opportunities are endless as they are growing fast. They also like to enliven a good work/home balance where you will be actively encouraged to work from home one or two days a week, managing your own diary and being completely autonomous.
Their ideal Senior Project Manager:
- Degree educated Project Manager.
- Member of a recognised professional institution
- QS, PM, BS Background.
- Commercial Project experience
- Broad construction sector knowledge.
- Managing projects from inception to completion.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in a consultancy environment
- First rate client skills.
- Proven business developer.
