Description

You will act as a key point of contact alongside the Project Manager from inception to completion of projects including:

• Client-side Project and Commercial Management for the delivery of infrastructure and remediation to enable residential and commercial building projects.
• Advising internal team members on the technical aspects of wider development proposals.
• Undertaking the necessary project control requirements.

Profile

You will ideally be professionally qualified (MRICS MICE or MAPM) and have relevant experience in procurement and delivery of brownfield, greenfield, regeneration projects - ideally with a good appreciation of infrastructure management (earthworks, highways, drainage, power, utilities).
