Valuation and Business Analytics Manager

Responsibilities:

• Perform related company, industry and economic research
• Apply and review the relevant valuation- related standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and the purpose of the valuation.
• Interact with stakeholders to manage project timelines and ensure the services are delivered
• Foster and maintain quality and continuous improvement in the valuation process
• Perform follow-up steps and monitor the progress of management 
• Analyze client financial statement
• Construct financial methods
• Develop and review cash flow forecast
• Perform benchmark analysis
• Compose narrative reports in support of valuation analysis
• Prepare necessary exhibits and memos in illustration of complex issues
• Participate in internal and external client meetings
• Promote and participate in activities that grow the business
• Assist and provide guidance to peers and staff and timelines for deliverables

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelors’ degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or another relevant field required
• Masters in Business Administration preferred
• Member in RICS

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of business valuation experience
• Significant experience in business valuation
• Prior experience in financial reporting valuation and appraisal review

• Solid organizational skills especially ability to meet project deadlines with a focus on details
• Ability to successfully multi-task while working independently or within a group environment
• Capacity to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and client personnel
• Ability to encourage team environment on engagements and contribute to the professional development of assigned personnel
• Proven ability to effectively organize, plan, direct, and delegate valuation projects with a team of valuation analysts
• Proven ability to implement and monitor a system of valuation project profitability and efficiency and to be accountable for the results of a valuation team
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word
