Amida has been instructed by a market leading Independent construction and property consultancy to find them a Director / Salaried Partner to join they London office. You would be working on major projects throughout London with a focus on Mixed-use, Commercial and Residential Landmark Developments.
In this role you would be joining a team lead by an Equity partner, the role would be to constantly meet and exceed the client's expectation. Taking a lead role your focus would be on development of work as well as the team. You would be expected to business develop at every stage, with new and existing clients, taking the lead on proposals and pitches, ensuring results are delivered by engaging and motivating yourself and the team.
The key is that you have a confident knowledge of project Management with proven success working on multiple London projects, ideally with another property consultancy.
