Bank/Fund Monitoring Surveyor - Associate Director

Job description

A niche, highly skilled Construction Consultancy based in Birmingham requires an Associate level Bank/Fund Monitoring Surveyor to join their team.

The role

Fund / Bank Surveyor working specifically for Banks and Funding Organisations, where you will be the eyes and ears of the funder to ensure that the costs, programme etc are all on track as per what the Developer has told them. You will have your own portfolio of projects to manage where you will be liaising with the Clients and developers. You will be required to attend site, usually once a month, to produce the report for the funder.

Working on intricate projects, the consultancy requires highly qualified and ambitious Surveyors to join the practice. There will be a steady pipeline of projects to work on with the company continuously looking to grow and win new instruction.

Requirements

You will be a Chartered Quantity or Building Surveyor, having gained experience working closely with banks and funds previously.
