Job Details

A traditional Quantity Surveying consultancy which takes projects from the ground up, are seeking a Quantity Surveyor interested in taking on a diverse position involving a mix of Quantity Surveying, Employers Agent, and Project Management.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor shall work within an adaptable and professional Quantity Surveying team in London who work across an array of housing and residential schemes across London and the South East.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will gain vast exposure of the construction process providing both Quantity Surveying and Employers Agent/Project Management roles throughout the project life cycle.

The successful Quantity Surveyor shall also benefit from first-hand APC training and unrestricted career progression.

The Quantity Surveyor

An ideal opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor seeking longevity within an expanding team.

  • Min of 2 years UK, PQS/Consultancy experience
  • BSc or MSc in a Quantity Surveying related degree
  • Any residential, or housing project experience is an advantage
  • Good with numbers
