Our client: A growing firm of Property consultants and Chartered Quantity Surveyors, specialising in Quantity Surveying, Contract Administration, Project Management, Party Wall Surveying and CDM Co-ordinator Services.

Role of the Building Surveyor:

Working pre and post contract duties on a range of projects varying from £100k to £50m across a varied and interesting client base.

The client is looking for:

MRICS Senior Quantity Surveyor experience5 years' experience on consultancy side minimumAble to provide Project Management and Contract Administration servicesAble to manage own projects and be client facing
