The Requirements:

A relevant degree or proven consultancy experience in Quantity Surveying/Project Management, including being professionally charteredA comprehensive and an up-to-date knowledge of planning legislation, building regulations and an understanding of health and safetyEffective communication skills across a range of contactsAbility to work effectively under pressurePRINCE II certification is desirableYou will be a highly experienced professional with strong interpersonal and organisational skills, including attention to detail and multitaskingYou will have team management experience and be able to demonstrate leadership competenciesExcellent problem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Office including MS project

The Principal Quantity Surveyor/ Project Manager will be:

Leading the Quantity Surveying/ project management teamSupporting the Associates and directorsLiaising with and giving advice to clientsDelivering consistent and professional level of customer servicePreparing high-quality tender documentation including pricing and contract documentsCarrying out professional research projects.Undertake QS project duties including feasibility studies, preliminary estimates, cost plans, databases, tender, and other analysis and provide advice on the economics of design at the early stages of a project.
