Repairs Performance Officer

Your new company
Our client, a Housing Association in the Dumfries region, are looking to add an experienced Repairs Performance Officer to their team for an initial period of 4 months.

Your new role
Your new role will be to assist in the delivery of the Association's in-house repairs and voids programme. Ensure data quality is improved and provided, to help enhance the day to day operation and the strategic direction the team. Mange invoicing for the department and ensure all invoicing is accurate, reflective of the goods and/or services received and paid on time. Provide an accurate audit for works instructed, materials received and goods and services before payment.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will come from a repairs background, ideally previously working for a Housing Association or Local Authority. You will be comfortable raising works orders, dealing with financials and helping the repairs team deliver repairs both on time and on budget. Strong IT skills is a must.
