Job Details

A traditional Cost Management consultancy are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Surrey office where you will enjoy working across an array of market leading projects, supported by a close knit Quantity Surveying team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor shall work across a mixture of residential, education, and leisure projects across the South East, leading and managing jobs from inception to completion.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will also support the QS Partner in managing client relationships and a couple of the Assistant Quantity Surveyors too.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • Quantity Surveying degree or similar
  • MRICS or working towards
  • Education, Residential, or Leisure project experience would be beneficial
  • Pre and post cost management experience
  • Comfortable working with clients
