Chartered Quantity Surveyor

THE ROLE

This is an excellent opportunity for a Chartered Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager who is MRICS qualified to join my client, an established and successful firm of PQS employing over 100 people in the Southwark area of London.

You should be able to run your own large projects plus supervise others as required.

Projects are of mainly in the Residential sector and include high value residential and residential lead buildings, mainly new build.

You will need to have been working for a firm of PQS or multi-disciplinary consultants.

THE COMPANY

Our client is a firm of PQS with over 100 people.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with a Degree or Diploma or MSc in Quantity Surveying plus you will need to be MRICS qualified from recently qualified upwards.

You should be working either for another firm of quantity surveying consultants or with a multi-displinary firm of consultants.

You will need to have experience of all pre and post contract quantity surveying / cost management duties.

Ideally you will have gained some experience of working on large residential lead projects.

You should have good client facing skills and be able to deal with people at all levels.

Salary is from £45000 up to £60000 or more per annum depending on experience plus pension contribution, RICS fees, life assurance, PHI, performance related bonus, and more.
