If you are living in London or are a small commute away, our client is looking for you, experienced Project Manager. You will the opportunity to be a part of a variety of commercial fit-out projects across London.
This impressive opportunity will allow you to help manage the project team to safely deliver, on time, to stated quality, at minimum cost and to client satisfaction. Acting as the link between the client and other key stakeholders.
You will have the opportunity to continuously progress in an environment that is both nurturing and professional and get to work with knowledgeable people that are valued and passionate about their jobs.
The Role
Based in London, the Project Manager will be a part of the driven project management team. The role will also involve:
* Being the day-to-day project manager and contract administrator
* Delivering work to a high standard of client satisfaction and professional excellence.
* Supporting developing new work with current and new clients, building client relationships and working on proposals.
* Developing your own skills to ensure on-going flexibility and value

About you Project Manager
- You will ideally have a degree qualification in a relevant discipline and a member of a professional body institute such as RICS, CIOB or APM.
- You have experience in managing complex projects with public or private sector clients and thrive on delivering positive outcomes.
- You can build lasting client relationships and work well as part of a dynamic team.
- You will have experience in a project management and construction consultancy environment.
