Chartered Valuation Surveyor

Job Types: Full-time or Part Time

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 PA Expected OTE: £75,000 - £85,000

Benefits: Company pension, Work from home, RICS Subscription Fee's, Private medical, care allowance, Admin and Technical support

Schedule: 09:00 - 17:30 - Monday - Friday

Holidays: 25 days + Bank holidays

Chartered Valuation Surveyors: Our client is a leading supplier of residential and commercial valuations and surveys working with lenders, intermediaries, social housing entities and estate agents and private customers. They plan to continue their growth nationally and become the most recognised residential chartered surveying practice in the UK. Available are opportunities for home based, MRICS/FRICS Residential Chartered Valuation Surveyors, who meet VRS registration requirements, who want to work across a mixture of both lenders and private clients.

Responsibilities: You will be involved in generating fee paying income by undertaking a variety of professional valuation work from bank valuations to Home-buyer reports and building surveys whilst developing and maintaining local and professional contacts across a geographical area. Our client has a strong belief in investing in their people and are fully committed to developing their surveyors and making the Company a great place to be. Qualifications and Experience: As a Chartered Valuation Surveyor - you will need to be a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a Registered Valuer. You will need to have experience of valuation work in the area you reside in demonstrating your knowledge and experience of property values in your geographical area. It will be necessary to work under your own initiative and be self-motivated. Your workload can be varied and led by your personal professional interests, so it is essential that you are committed to maintaining your skills, knowledge, and experience as part of your continuing professional development.
