Available are opportunities for home based, MRICS/FRICS Residential Chartered Valuation Surveyors, who meet VRS registration requirements, who want to work across a mixture of both lenders and private clients.Responsibilities: You will be involved in generating fee paying income by undertaking a variety of professional valuation work from bank valuations to Home-buyer reports and building surveys whilst developing and maintaining local and professional contacts across a geographical area. Work life balance and flexibility is an important part of their philosophy.Qualifications and Experience: As a Chartered Valuation Surveyor - you will need to be a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a Registered Valuer. You will need to have experience of valuation work in the area you reside in demonstrating your knowledge and experience of property values in your geographical area. It will be necessary to work under your own initiative and be self-motivated.
