Company Headcount: 20 - 50 Requirements of the Building Surveyor: MRICS qualified or part way through your APCExperience of undertaking Landlord`s representative in relation to tenants` fit-out and alteration works, development monitoring, party wall matters, defects analysis, planned maintenance surveys and contract administration.Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years previous experience Benefits: 24 days holiday plus bank holidays, car allowance, private healthcare, 8% pension, discretionary bonus scheme, flexible working, regular team bonding events and professional subscriptions paid.
