Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £30,000.00 - £50 000 DOE + Car Allowance

Benefits: Bonus Scheme, Annual Salary Review, Pension, RICS membership fees & VRS, Surveying & home office essentials supplied.

Schedule: 09:00 - 17:30 (Monday - Friday)

Holidays: 25 days (30 days with length of service) + Bank holidays

On behalf of a longstanding client RHL Recruitment are looking to talk with highly skilled Residential Surveyors. Our client is an independent, family run company, which is very well established. They pride themselves in providing a fast and reliable service, carrying out residential surveys and valuations to the highest-level Nationwide.

They are now looking for a for a Residential Surveyor to bolster their team due to rapid growth. You need to be RICS accredited and ideally have VRS accreditation with experience in mortgage valuations. The role is home based, with administrative support from the team based at head office.
