Associate Project Manager
Oxford
Up to £75,000 + bonus, pension, healthcare
Carriera is recruiting for a client that offers primarily project and development management, building surveying, and cost management. They work through residential development, hotels, life sciences and commercial. Projects vary in complexity and values from £2m to £20m.
About the role:
Our client is looking for an experienced professional who can manage every aspect of the design, cost, programming and construction fitting out and completion of a development project. They are looking for an Associate Project Manager that will need to meet financial, design and time parameters and ensure maximum value is leveraged for clients financially, innovatively and in a manner that supports them and the brand value of their products and companies.
Responsible for helping clients appoint consultant teams, agreeing fees and services, setting out clear execution plans, preparing risk management and procurement strategies which you will implement as well as reporting formally to clients and stakeholders. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Associate Project Manager to grow the core team, someone who is looking for excellent career progression opportunities in a well-structured and supportive environment.
About you:
You will need to have consultancy construction Project Management experience. RICS, CIOB, APM or equivalent is preferred. The ability to lead a series of projects as well as client relationships including business development is essential. You must also be proficient in the use of MS Office and in particular MS Project. If you are a candidate who has the above skills, ambition and commercial awareness you could be the perfect individual for the role.
