Would you like to work with old and traditional buildings? Do you want to work for a small independent practice? Are you MRICS, preferably with at least 2 years' PQE?
The successful firm of chartered surveyors have recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit an additional Building Surveyor for their busy office. This company, established 20-years ago, pride themselves on being a traditional firm of surveyors and have an excellent reputation in the local area. A lot of their work is from repeat business in the private residential sector, principally working with listed buildings.
The role will predominantly involve pre-purchase surveys and RICS Homebuyer Reports on properties typically between £800k to £1.5m plus in value. You will be working initially with one of the business owners who is shortly due to retire, therefore there will be strong support and the opportunity to progress quickly.

The successful candidate will be expected to be MRICS, preferably with at least 2-years' PQE. Consultancy/client-side experience and a keen interest in conservation and historic buildings is essential. Ideally, you will be living within 30 minutes from the Cotswolds and relocators to the local area will also be considered.
