Description

This will be a dedicated real estate role working to support the firm on all global real estate projects.

• Work across both Workplace Strategy and Leasing projects, combining space and contractual requirements.
• Help to develop long term real estate strategies and support with implementation.
• Manage property transaction processes and be a pro-active advocate for developing workplace solutions.
• Project Manage several lease transactions simultaneously working under the direction of the Senior Manager. The role will be expected to deliver certain projects autonomously.
• Interact with multiple stakeholders including internal clients and team members from multiple work streams, as well as working with a number of external consultants.

Profile

5-7 years of experience preferably within a Corporate Real Estate or other office real estate role either within an occupier, Landlord, or consultancy environment. Global experience is critical. A commercially minded strategic and analytical thinker. The ability to manage multiple projects at any one time with an ability to prioritise effectively and efficiently. A collaborative team player.
