- Degree or equivalent experience in Project Management
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Employers Agent experience
- Pre and post contract and cost management
- Procurement and tendering experience
- Able to support prestige clients in the Retail, Logistics, Healthcare, Residential, Commercial and Education Sectors
- A Construction Consultancy background is advantageous
