Our client provides building surveying, project and programme management together with architecture, cost management, engineering, environmental solutions and more. The new appointment has come about, due to several new instructions sufficing with long standing clients with the investors and lenders space.
You will be working alongside a specialist and traditional building surveying team, where you will be responsible for leading instructions across the UK, France, and Spain. The workload will be made up of TDD, technical advisory, project monitoring and project management. You will be heavily involved with the delivery of these instructions and will be seen as your client’s trusted advisor, managing a small team across a diverse portfolio of commercial property.
You will be a chartered building surveyor (MRICS) with proven experience in TDD, project monitoring and project management. It is important that you have commercial experience in dealing with private sector clients and have managed projects valued up to £10m+. The opportunity will be client facing, so it is imperative that you are confident in dealing with clients directly and are able to provide concise commercial advice. If you can speak French or Spanish, this will be an added benefit. However not a necessity.
