Senior Building Surveyor

Carriera is working exclusively with a leading real estate consultancy to secure a chartered building surveyor with commercial experience.  

Founded in London, with a glowing reputation that dates back over 125 years. Our client is the largest property consultancy in the world. They have a network of offices that extends globally and there is never a shortage of exciting projects or clients to work with.

They have had tremendous success cross selling internally and generating new business. As a result, they have an opportunity in the commercial team for a senior building surveyor.

You will work within a team of 8 and the workload is project bias. You will deliver project management and contract administration instructions up to the value of £3m alongside other services such as: dilapidations, TDD and landlord & tenant advice. You will work closely with clients, increasing the range and quantity of instructions via business generation, as well as supporting colleagues from other disciplines to seek and develop new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will be MRICS 0-2 years PQE. You will be an influential communicator that is comfortable in client facing situations and pays great attention to detail. You will have demonstrable experience in delivering project and professional services and will have come from a commercial background.
