Job Details

Our Client: Multi-disciplinary practice of chartered surveyors and property consultants

Projects: Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Housing, Leisure, Retail and Conservation.

Company Headcount: 10 - 20

Role of the Building Surveyor:

Undertake Party wall issues, Dilapidations, Building surveys, Contract administration, Preparation of specificationsWorking with our external architects with the preparation of specifications and drawings Construction design and detailing Building Regulation and planning applications Project management Feasibility reports Conversion workCommercial refurbishment projects

Requirements of the Building Surveyor:

MRICS qualified or party way through your APCExcellent presentation skills both verbal and written Build and maintain effective working relationships with existing and new clients Create and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external team members working on designated projects including contractors, structural and services engineers, builders, local authorities, conservation officers, approved inspectors etc.
