£70000 - £80000 approx.
Specialist Project Management Consultancy has an exciting requirement for an experienced Project Manager to work as an integral part of their corporate occupier business to deliver a large scale life science new build fit out, incorporating labs, offices etc as well as a large scale data centre fit out.
Working with both occupiers and developers means they have a thorough and in-depth understanding of the built environment which has allowed them to establish a blue chip client base. Their size and independence means they are agile and reactive providing impartial yet informed advice helping clients realise their business objectives.
There is the opportunity in due course to gain share options and become a part of the business and more importantly be a future leader of the business.
