We are working on behalf a multi-disciplined consultancy with a superb reputation in London and Greater London. They are currently recruiting for a building surveyor to join their London Bridge office.
The business has over 30 years in industry providing building surveying, quantity surveying, project management, architecture, and health & safety. By utilising their experience, and always thinking laterally across their range of disciplines. They add significant value to all that they do, which in turn has allowed them to receive the recognition they have.
Working closely with public sector organisations including schools, hospitals, local authorities and housing associations. Our client is seeking a building surveyor, that can add value by maintaining key relationships, and providing best-valued solutions.
Day-to-day duties will include:
- Contract administration, alterations, extensions, fit-outs, refurbishments, new builds, maintenance, and repairs.
- Professional services include licenses to alterations, PPM’s, expert witness reports, building surveys, defect diagnosis and party wall.
To be successful, you will have at least 4 year’s industry experience with a good understanding of project and professional services. You will be confident in providing advice in client-facing situations and are a team player. You do not have to be chartered for this role. What is crucial is you are comfortable working autonomously.
