Facilities Manager - Exeter

Your new role
As as facilities manager, you will lead a small team to work with external contractors in delivering both hard & soft services, to maintain and improve buildings, in line with their strategic objectives. You will play a key part in ensuring that health & safety practices are embedded, and any changes or improvements are made as needed. You will join the Commercial & Innovation Team and work alongside colleagues in the team which includes the following functions: Business Development, Project Management, Marketing & Fundraising.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience working as a Facilities Manager or Officer. You will possess the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload with the ability to build strong and positive working relationships both internally and externally with partners, contractors and suppliers.
