Duty Surveyor / Regional Valuer - Client Side

Our client is a leading specialist lender servicing the residential mortgage, buy-to-let, HMO and development finance markets UK wide.

With over £10.5 billion of loan assets and a newly established banking subsidiary, they are the only specialist lender to maintain an independent position within the UK mortgage market.

As a result of increased lending and group expansion they now seek Duty / Regional Surveyor to enhance existing group function whilst providing specialist technical advice and undertaking on-site inspections when necessary.

The successful Duty / Regional Surveyor will need to hold MRICS/FRICS & VRS, have a wealth of experienced in Residential Valuation ideally from a client side, corporate or panel management background.

Experience of compliance/audit matters would be beneficial but isn’t essential.

The position will work out of a Midlands office base 3 days per week with the remainder “on the road” undertaking valuation reports across northern B postcodes (including WS, WV & TF) to support existing in house coverage.

Salary will include a basic up to £65k, annual profit share, fully financed prestige company car, 27 days holiday, stakeholder pension, Private Medical Insurance (Single cover) and all equipment including surveying gear, mobile phone, printer, laptop etc.
