I am working with a north-west London based residential developer who have an exciting opening for an ambitious Development Manager.
This company operate with a lean and successful team who specialise in flipping offices & existing sites into residential and hotel projects generally between 20 & 200 units. With 7 projects currently on site this role will consist of both ensuring these projects are delivered successfully on time and in budget as wells as appraising new schemes and opportunities for future pipeline - no two days will be the same!

To apply for this position, ideally you'll have a minimum of 3 years working in a similar role, however Project Managers will also be considered depending on experience.
