Job Details
An experienced Senior Building Surveyor is now needed to join a surveying consultancy based in Sheffield.
As the new Senior Building Surveyor, you will be carrying out home buyers reports for residential properties, building surveys, expert witness and party-wall matters. You'll be working predominantly on commercial projects including office and retail, as well as residential properties.
Having strong professional focus and good building pathology is an essential for this role.
The Senior Building Surveyor
- MRICS qualified or working towards (Would also consider experience route individuals)
- Previous relevant experience with a similar small-medium sized consultancy
- Strong building pathology
- A professional bias or interest
- Confident communicator both written and verbal
