Are you looking to take more responsibility when it comes to client and team management/growth?

The business in question is a small-medium sized multi-dis consultancy with around 60 across the board – the London office is currently at a headcount of 12 and that would be the team that you will be leading.

Of course, delivery will still be a part of the role, but the current Director is looking for someone that can manage and get the most out of the individuals they currently have – you would have a major part in the recruitment process as you strategically build your team moving forward.

Bringing a black book of contacts is not essential but you would ideally have the business development mindset to create opportunities through existing relationships.

The current schemes are modest but effective, the London office specialises in large retail and education schemes both fit-out and new-build – typical values range from £10m - £30m.

One major selling point would be the Director you would be working closely with, he is a very personable chap that has grown the current team from scratch and his ability to retain his employees is full credit to himself and how he has looked after them over the years.
