The culture is highly entrepreneurial, and the Fund Analyst will be expected to liaise with key members of the business to validate underwriting assumptions.

The business has received numerous accolades within the student accommodation arena have a 30-year track record in the sector, pioneer / entering new markets globally. They are specialists in the acquisition, development and managements of both single assets and large portfolios.

This requirement represents a strong opportunity to work within a diverse, fast-paced environment providing financial analysis and reporting across a range of deliverables, including market plans, benchmarks, scenario models, financial underwriting and marketing models, trend analysis, transactions, and development summaries, dashboards, and reports.

Description

  • Take the lead on financial modelling assessment, research and co-ordination of the project assessment.
  • Model business plans and provide detailed consolidated cash flow modelling.
  • Produce considered financial analysis on investor returns and the net revenue to the management team.
  • Develop and maintain fund models for performance and forecast reporting including fluctuations in shareholder subscriptions, redemptions and distributions and movements in investment allocations and performance.
  • Provide fund and client reporting to internal and external clients, ensuring its accuracy and timely delivery.

Profile

The successful candidate will be Educated to degree level or equivalent (2:1 and above) in a related business or analytical subject and possess Excellent financial modelling, analysis and research skills. A demonstrable track record of analytical and modelling work within real estate investment internationally is also required.
