Director - Building Surveying - Independent National Consultancy - Leeds

I'm currently working with a very well known and respected Independent Building and Project Management Consultancy, who have had an excellent year, with a strong pipeline of work and continued growth over the past 12 months and who are now looking to add a Director Level Chartered Building Surveyor to lead and grow their Leeds Office

The team works on commercial projects including investor led refurbishment and added value schemes across commercial office, residential, retail and industrial asset classes and has a very impressive client list with the likes of Grosvenor, The Crown Estate. L&G, M&G, Columbia Threadneedle & Aviva among others. 

You would be coming onto a strong existing pipeline of work and would be supported by the Manchester and Birmingham teams. You would be expected to grow and lead a small technical team, to deliver quality building consultancy services to existing and new clients. Services will include Technical Due Diligence, Project Management, Contract Administration, Dilapidations, Project Monitoring.

My client is happy to look at experienced Associate Director level MRICS Building Surveyors or established Directors looking for the next challenge.
