Well, I’m sure most things about you are absolutely perfect, but how about your job??

I think, that you may suit the Property Project Manager role with The Salvation Army.

The Salvation Army is a household name when it comes to the Charity sector. However, you may not know that their portfolio of properties is extensive and includes Churches, Farms, Houses, Office Blocks and more, I can promise that you will never be bored.

And here’s why…

Your projects will be high value maintenance works starting from £300k, as well as refurbishments and new builds moving up into the multi-million-pound brackets. You will also be working closely with all stakeholders to define project goals.

You will not be directly managing anyone in this role, but you will be responsible for appointing and managing contractors on site, as well as costs & programme management.

This is a regional role across the South West, mainly Devon, Somerset and Wiltshire, don’t worry though, primarily you will be working from home (unless of course you prefer the office). Also, your travel is made easier, as they provide you with a company car, so you don’t have to ruin yours around those country lanes!
