Estates Surveyor – 6 Months – Lancashire Based Council - Remote Working/Site Visits - £40 per hour

We are currently working with a Lancashire based authority who are looking for an interim estates surveyor for commercial property

The position will start within the next week with potential to extend after review at the end of the initial 6 month period. 

Skills/Requirements:

-Carry out general estates management work including Landlord & Tenant, Lease Renewals, Rent Reviews and Lease Re Gears

-You may also be required to carry out some disposals work

-The property portfolio is solely commercial including industrial, shops and community centers

-You don’t have to be chartered or a registered valuer to be considered for this position
