Job Details

Our client is an established independent multi disciplinary practice of Chartered Surveyors and Residential Valuers. Due to expansion and strong market conditions, they are recruiting a Newly Qualified Surveyor (AssocRICS or MRICS) to join their team.

The Person

  • MRICS or AssocRICS
  • VRS preferable but not essential (support on offer)
  • Experience in Level 1 Mortgage Valuations, Level 2 Homebuyer Reports & Level 3 Building Surveys
  • Good sense of report writing
  • Relationship building and business development, as well as maximising opportunity for new areas of Survey workflow

This is an exciting opportunity to work for an established practice with a strong presence in the South East, there have been some major growth plans in the last couple of years, with further ones for 2022. There is a strong emphasis on career progression and if you're looking to grow with an organisation, this is something certainly worth considering.

Whilst our client is looking at Newly Qualified Surveyors, applications from those with several years PQE will also be considered.
