A fantastic opportunity for an assistant project manager to work with a multi discipline property and construction consultancy based in Oxford. 

About the role

This successful consultancy is based in Oxford with some projects situated in London. 

They specialise in healthcare, laboratories and testing facilities as well as retail and residential properties. Typically, you would be supporting projects carrying a value of £2m to £8m. 

As assistant project manager, you will be responsible for assisting project coordination, assisting compilation, and maintaining budget, reporting, troubleshooting and client management. You will be helping with tenders, and you will spend most of your time working on the project, from the client’s office or remotely.

About you

Ideally, you will have worked for a property or construction consultancy or in a project manager role. Ideally you will be chartered with IOB or RICS. 

You must be able to read and understand architectural floor plans and MEP drawings. Experience of delivering retail fit-out projects from inception is key.
