Senior Property and Asset Manager – Unique opportunity to take on a varied workload across property and asset management, working for a private property company.

We have been instructed by a privately-owned, Asset and Investment Management business in London, seeking to hire an ambitious Senior Property and Asset Manager with the appetite to take on a varied role on the client side, offering a genuine opportunity to combine commercial property management with asset management..  

Your role will see you working in an autonomous role, managing a commercial portfolio of mixed use properties as well as retail, industrial and office properties spread across London and the South East with a few located further afield. You will be reporting into the Head of Commercial Property, responsible for managing multiple properties in addition to rent reviews, lease renewals and other value add pieces.
