A Global Leader in commercial real estate services is recruiting for a Regional Transactions Lead (Senior Surveyor – Director level) across EMEA, seconded to one of their largest accounts and well-known Global Investment Banking clients.
My client is a fully integrated, International Real Estate Business and we are looking for someone with transactional experience as an Account Manager, Asset Manager, Senior Leasing Agent or Transaction Manager working for a blue chip client with the desire to fulfil a strategic deal-based role across EMEA.
The Business has over £3bn in AUM and provide in-house services across Asset & Portfolio Management, Investment Management, Development Management, Property Management & Financial Management.
Based from the City a couple of times per week, this role is offering the opportunity for a self-motivated deal maker and property enthusiast to add value in what is effectively a client side position, working closely with multiple stakeholders and local delivery teams across EMEA.
Your role will see you involved in the transaction process from initial instruction through to reported savings, bringing leadership to transactional activity on the account through strategies and solutions. You will be coordinating monthly billings, dealing with contract management and producing fee forecasts & budgets. You will develop an understanding of the client’s property portfolio and key issues that will impact these.
We are looking for candidates with transaction management experience across EMEA. Account Management /Transaction Management and portfolio optimisation experience is essential, and we are really looking for someone who is used to working closely with key stakeholders on real estate strategy.
