My client in the North West are currently looking to recruit for an interim Senior Estates Surveyor to join the Council on a 6 month contract. This role can be worked predominantly from home.
Roles and Responsibilities -
- Proven track record of Commercial property experience and Strategic Asset Management.
- You will be dealing with higher level cases of L&T, Leases,
- Management of three high profile office blocks
- Reporting into the Head of Property
- Ideally you will have Local Authority Experience
- Must be RICS Registered
