Christmas may be over, but I still come bearing gifts!

It’s time to pick up the “let’s pick this up after Christmas”, and I’ve picked up a Building Surveyor role at a worldwide Charity, The Salvation Army, who help to support and battle homelessness.

You’re not just a Building Surveyor.

You’re a 5-year post grad with a knee injury that prevented you going pro in football and a Dog named Charlie; A Mum of two with a monthly HelloFresh subscription because the thought of seeing one cashier on a Saturday afternoon makes your blood boil. No matter what your story tells, the passion to restore buildings is what you love, so why not be able to restore some faith in humanity too?

The Salvation Army does this. Not only do they ensure that their diverse portfolio of over 3,000 properties is surveyed and maintained. Their buildings include Homelessness accommodation, Older People’s care homes, and more, this is where material and internal restoration meets in harmony.
