I am working with a central government organisation to recruit on a 12 month Fixed term contract for a Senior Portfolio Optimisation Manager. This is an immediate start. It is a home based role. This client has offices in Manchester, Crewe, Preston and Stockport. it comes with a car allowance of £3,000. MRICS would be desirable but not essential. This is a really exciting client facing role.
My client is a large central government organisation, with a really interesting property portfolio.
The key responsibilities of the Senior Portfolio Optimisation Manager include:
To manage the formulation and delivery, review and implementation of portfolio strategies on a geographic or customer driven or similar basis.
Work with our customers, tenants, occupiers and the Investment Management team to develop and deliver a strategy for known disposals and to develop a pipeline of disposals opportunities going forward
Work with our customers and the Development Team on existing development proposals and to generate new property development opportunities.
To work with the Town Planning Team to optimise the potential use of existing or surplus health care properties.
Work closely with the national estate partners, ICS/Commissioners to understand ICS and CCG level estates plans and how their priorities may be reflected in the property strategy for NHS Property Services assets
The succesfull Senior Portfolio Optimisation Manager would have the following skills and experience:
- Property management experience
- Be able to commute around the Greater Manchester area
- Ideally MRICS
- Good market awareness and L&T knowledge
- Asset management, acquisitions and disposals experience
- Highly customer focused
- Personable and a strong player
