We are pleased to be partnering with an award winning, medium sized property partnership, recruiting for a Chartered Lease Advisory Surveyor in a client facing role from Surveyor level up to Associate.

Your role will see you deliver the following lease advisory work to a diverse range of clients making no two days the same.

- Lease renewals

- Rent reviews

- Dispute Resolution

- Lease regears

- Lease advice in sale and leaseback transactions

- Rental valuations

- Third party referrals, including submissions to Independent Experts and Arbitrators
