About Our Client
Based across the South West of England this firm still retain an independent family feel with opportunity to grow. With numerous offices across the area teams are small and personal allowing employees to thrive.
The option to work 1 day a week from home is also available once up and running in the role.
About the Job
Though continued growth there are multiple options to fit the candidate, ranging from newly qualified to experienced surveyors. The range of work varies from estate management, valuation work for secured lending, probate, tax planning, BPS, tenancy work etc.
With much of the work coming from professional referrals there will be a body of work for you to immediately start on so you don't need to build a client base from scratch.
The Ideal Candidate
With a range of roles on offer the most important search criteria is someone who will get on in a smaller team as part of a larger company. This role would suit anyone newly MRICS qualified up to 10 years PQE. Full support by the wider team and training will allow for career progression.
