Director Quantity Surveyor

London (Holborn)

£90k - £120k - depending on experience

Are you looking to really spread your wings this year?

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that has the confidence to put themselves out there and really build something of their own.

You would be working for an established Architecture consultancy that is looking to grow a QS division in their London office.

You would be a part of the Board of Directors with the incentive to gain equity in the business down the line.

The business currently has 75 across the board including an established cost arm of the business based in their midland’s office. What they don’t have is a strong QS presence in London, which is where you come in.

You may already be an established Director with a strong network, or you may be looking for that step up from Associate Director level – either way you will have work available to deliver from the offset with recourse available if needed.

You will also have a huge architectural client base to tap into when it come to the business development aspect – the majority of projects they currently deliver are within residential but if you have opportunities/contacts within other sectors then that would be more than welcomed.

The London office, a very smart setup based in Holborn, currently holds 23 Architects, with enough space for you to grow your team. The ideal plan would be to bring in 3 people underneath you by the end of the year and have an established team of 8/10 by 2025 – but this plan isn’t rigid, the growth is going to be completely organic under your direction.

The company pride themselves on having a great culture, and work life balance for them has always been key to that – flexible working is available although they do like people to be in at least 3 days per week!

If this is something you would like to hear more on then please apply below or feel free to add me on LinkedIn for a confidential chat (Anthony Towse).
