My client is a reputable, ambitious and growing Commercial Real Estate consultancy who are dedicated to providing their clients with the highest standards of service. The company has experienced successful expansion and have become strong competitors with other major consultancies in the market. This global firm offers a great work-life balance compared to other firms in the same market and has a positive and motivating environment.

Due to their continuous success and growth, they are seeking a Project Manager to become an influential figure in their business. The chosen Project Manager will be involved in commercial fit-out projects.

This role is suited for a forward-thinking candidate who would like exposure to larger projects, who is proactive about growing with the company and who is commercially astute. The role is based in London; however, the candidate will have the opportunity to occasionally work remotely within the UK.

Responsibilities as their skilled Project Manager

  • Client management of projects
  • Multi stake holder client liaison
  • Working from initial feasibility and concept design to final figures and handover
  • Project planning, logistics and monitoring


  • MRICS/MAPM accredited
  • 4-5 years post qualification experience
  • Proven track record of delivery
  • Experience across a variety of sectors is desirable , such as residential, retail, commercial and fit-out
