The Bedford Estates covers Woburn Abbey, Woburn Safari Park and Woburn Golf Club and in excess of 400 residential and commercial properties in and around Woburn, Bedfordshire.

We are looking for a Head of Property Maintenance to lead a small team of professional and technical staff to deliver the planned and reactive property maintenance activities of The Bedford Estates property portfolio and associated businesses.

With a Building Technology qualification or relevant previous experience, you should have strong staff management and IT skills, together with the ability to organise and prioritise effectively. 

Housing is also provided with this role, if required.
