Associate Building Surveyor

The world's leading commercial real estate consultancy is now looking to bring on an Associate Director level Building Surveyor, to join them in their lovely office situated in the heart of Bristol city.

With offices across the country and worldwide, this consultancy is ever growing and continues to employ members of staff to join the empire that they've built, with brilliant staff retention by promoting from within and rewarding hard work.

As the new Associate Director of Building Surveying, you will be working on some of their most prestigious projects within the commercial and retail sectors. Providing a range of professional services including dilapidations, party wall matters, surveys, and maintenance works.

You will also be expected as Associate Director to support with junior members of staff and creating and most importantly maintaining existing relationships with clients.

The Associate Director

• MRICS qualified or equivalent
• Consultancy experience
• Professional bias
• Multisector project experience
• Have an ambitious and driven attitude
• Strive for personal and professional progression
• Keen to learn and to teach others
• A full UK driving license
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
