Retail Transaction Manager - Lease Advisory

Are you a Senior Surveyor with Retail experience & interested in Asset Management or Transaction Management?

An international leader in commercial real estate services is recruiting for a retail focused Transaction Manager (up to Senior Surveyor) for Lease Advisory, sitting within the dedicated retail account team for a high profile, global banking client. 

My client is a fully integrated, International Real Estate Business and we are looking for someone with  transactional experience as a retail account manager, retail lease advisory surveyor or indeed asset management. 

The business has over £3bn in AUM and provide in-house services across Asset & Portfolio Management, Investment Management, Development Management, Property Management & Financial Management.

This a hybrid role with some home working available. You will be expected to know leases inside out with sound knowledge of L&T legislation as you will be heavily involved in rent reviews, lease renewals, regears and break options and assisting with strategic portfolio decisions on a day to day basis. 

Your role will see you overseeing transactions across the retail portfolio, working closely with the lease advisory teams but proving a more strategic viewpoint to the client on portfolio optimisation and strategy.
